Math scores
When my CT first starting giving out subtraction timed test, the scores were greatly vaired. Some students were able to get close to a 90 out of 100 on the first test, while others could only get 4. It was truely shocking to me that you can have a range of 80 points in one class. I sat down with students who were consistently getting low scores. After working with them week after week, I could see their scores improve. I felt so proud of them and myself, I was just beeming inside.
Last Day
I loved my time in the classroom; this experience has only reinforced my love for teaching and for children. I learned so much from my CT and from my students. The last day my partner and I gave out treats to the students, while they each gave us a card and a hug as we left. I can not believe how time flys, it feels like it was just last week that we all started our field experience, and now its over. I hope to go back over break and see every one again.
