Morning section... a whole different story

Today was an early out day at our school so my partner and I went to the morning part of the day rather than our usual afternoon time slot. It was a completely different experience! Usually when we are in the classroom in the afternoon there is between 20 and 25 students, this morning, however, there were 15 students. In the afternoon half of another kindergarten class is combined with ours so that is why there are more later in the day. It is a night and day difference between morning and afternoon. I am usually exhausted after an afternoon of keeping children out of trouble, but after this morning I felt like I hadn't been there at all. It was somewhat mind blowing actually.
