Last Week
I only have three more days left with my kindergarteners. I think it will be a bittersweet farewell. I enjoy and look forward to my field experience. So far, I have learned so much. You can only learn so much out of a text book. Being in an actual classroom and helping my CT, along with my partner, has really opened my eyes. I have been able to put what I have learned to practice and have learned a lot along the way as well.

I cannot believe we only have three days left either! I think I will be a little sad to leave the room, but at the same time a little relieved. At times the kindergartners can be a very big hand full, but for the most part it has been a great experience.
ReplyDeleteI am going to be very sad leaving the Kindergarten classroom. Going in to this whole experience, I didn't know how I could connect with students so young. While I have been greatly tested, I feel like I have made bonds with the students that will be hard to walk away from. There's nothing better than walking in to the classroom being greeted by smiles and hugs. I will also miss watching the students learn and the enjoyment they get from learning new material. Overall this has been an outstanding experience!
