Reading and Modeling
I have also really been enjoying the experience. I think that spending this time in the classroom has helped to make the things we learned in class concrete. Watching my CT model during her read alouds is great to see. I see that it works while reading whith the students and watching them use the concepts that she shows them. After doing a few read alouds myself, I think it is actually my favorite thing to do thus far!

Doing read alouds is also one of my favorite things to do. It has surprised me how well the students sit and listen as a whole group. I love that they are all interested and eager to answer questions. It is also much more enjoyable for me to be reading to a young audience compared to my peers.
