Substitute Teacher
I cannot believe how different most of the students act when there is a substitute teacher. It was not as bad as I could of thought, but there was times when students were acting like a totally different children then the ones I knew. She was in the classroom for a week and by the end of the week I was surprised on how the student's behavior changed towards her in just a week. She was an excellent example for me to learn from because I am sure I will be a substitute teacher a few times before I find a teaching position. I learned a lot from that substitute teacher and I will benefit from watching her and the way she handle all kinds of different things.

My first day there was a substitute teacher, and amazingly my kids were really calm. I think part of it may have been that it was just new to them and they didn't know how to act. Their experience with me was similar. The first couple of days I think they were almost scared by me because I was new. But now that they've become comfortable with me it becomes much more common that they do something out of the ordinary.
